Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall good -- just checkin process and checkout is a nightmare -- it's need to be staggered or have more people to handle it. There also needs to be better instruction on using the elevator. Overall not bad but for the cost, a hotel may of been nicer due to the service

Publié le 26 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThere were some communication errors with the vacasa staff. Twice, our room card expired and had to get new ones. Lots of construction in the area at present so be aware of that. Other than that, the suite was gorgeous! Rooftop pool was great! Fitness area was very clean and well equipped! Pet friendly!

Wifi was not working for almost 24 hrs.

The wifi wasn’t working for almost 24hrs which was a problem. Building was busy during Grand Prix weekend and the network should be able to accommodate that. Otherwise was a lovely place. Very friendly atmosphere!
