Un hôtel parfait après un très long vo
Publié le 11 janv. 2018 sur ExpediaNous sommes arrivés très tard, il n y avait pas de navette , on a pris un taxi , on a eu notre chambre au rez-de-chaussée chaussée , très bon accueil , très bonne literie , tres bon petit déjeuner et la navette qui nous a ramené à l aéroport rechercher une valise oubliée. Positif dans l ensemble

Amazing stay. Very pleased. Breakfast was a pleaser. We booked the last room available which had a queen. Husband is tall though and he kept hitting his head on the bed post thing. Next time we will plan ahead and opt for the bigger room/bed.

Too expensive for service and hotel conditions
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOmg I have heard you get what you pay for, but in this case I paid a reasonable amount for this room. It was a terrible experience. After going all the way to end of hallway , on second floor, the key would not work. The coffee maker broken, the tv won’t go on. And all they said at front desk there was no one to do anything. Mind you it was 4 pm.
Next dsy still no housekeeping and all the same. I asked again, and got same response no one until tomorrow.. I said I leave tomorrow. Suddenly someone came changed coffeemaker and fixed tv. By now I was so upset. At breakfast no waffle mix. It was bad I tell you, bad. Would not recommend.

The room smells like dirty wet dog. Dirty,
Old towels. AC wasn’t working properly. Never again!!

Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe walked in.. and I walked out no longer than 5 minutes later. The pictures do NOT match the website. This place is sketchy and smells… the elevator barely works. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else for the same price

The room stunk. There was poop on the walls in the bathroom and holes in the walls in the room. The ac did not work right in the room and not at all in the halls or elevators. 1 elevator was not working at all and the other literally took 4 minutes to go down 1 floor. The continental breakfast was not good variety. There was cracks in the shower walls and the place looked like it was under rennovation. When I checked out no one even asked how was my stay.

The trip was amazing, the only downfall was that the plugs didn’t work to charge our phones and there were two big roaches crawling around.
