I booked a room for 5 people. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our room had a funny odor when we walked in. The pullout couch was dirty and it had no sheet. The restroom didn’t lock at all. The breakfast was very basic. We only had two towels. When we asked for 3 more we were told we needed to bring the dirty ones back. There was also an incident with an employee that was on a personal call while people were waiting to check out. Other than that it was ok.

In the room there was poor lighting, stretched-out elastic on both mattress pad covers and bottom sheets, a one-legged broken-down ironing board, the sink faucet was so loose it was difficult to regulate the temperature, and the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the front of the counter. In the gym the treadmill didn't work even though we had called within 2 hours of our check-in and was told that it did, and the TV there didn't work either. No Hallmark channel. No fresh fruit at breakfast.
