Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were given the wrong villa number and stood outside in very hot humidity day for about an hour to contact a person who gave us the right villa number. After finally getting inside it was very nice.

Austin weekend

Quick Spring Break getaway
Publié le 3 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was extremely clean and well maintained. It had a nice view. The indoor pool has issues but we were aware of this from a prior review. The coating on the pool was coming off but we still swam. We liked the area because we had boat club access but if we didn’t have boating as an activity our kids would have been bored as there is not much to do if the outdoor pool is cold. We had a great time because the reviews online were accurate. I would return to the condo as it was spacious.

Great condo
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved everything about Lakeside Sernity with the exception of the patio furnitue. It is such a beautiful place to enjoy the view or read however the outside furniture is very hard and uncomfortable. Too bad!

Disappointed
Publié le 23 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful condo! Well decorated. Everything you need is there with a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds.
But we came with the grandkids to swim in the heated pool. We specifically asked for the heated pool and arrived to find it had been out of commission for over two weeks. A flood and broken gas line to the heater. The “resort” in general was looking old and in need of repairs. There is nothing for kids to do there except swim in the heated pool. So we asked for a refund on the remaining days and we’re denied. We left early and found other accommodations.

However, there are still plenty of things to do at this beautiful lakefront condo! Whether you're looking for an adventurous escape or simply a peaceful getaway, this place has something for everyone. You can rent a kayak, boat, or wave runner for the day and explore the lake. There are also two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and hot tubs. You can also enjoy playing tennis on the onsite court or take a stroll on the nearby walking/hiking trails.
We understand that you are disappointed about not receiving a refund. However, we did make an exception to our cancellation policy for you. We offered to give you a credit if the dates rebooked, that you declined, which could be used at any of our many properties in Austin, Galveston, even out of state!
Our team goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and answer any questions you may have. We thank you for allowing us to host you, and we hope to be able to do it again soon!
