The grass was overgrown, every lounger by the pool had large holes in them, half of the string lights were out, multiple blinds inside were broken, holes in the bathroom walls. Musty smell when we walked in. Really wished I had brought a candle. I sent pictures to the management company with no response. We had no hot water for the majority of our stay. The plumber finally fixed the issue less than 24 hours before we left. We will definitely never stay here again

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the hot water issue, we had a plumber visit the property the morning after it was reported. The plumber confirmed that the property did have hot water and identified that the regulator in the master bathroom shower was limiting the hot water flow, which he promptly adjusted. Since your stay, we have replaced all the outdoor furniture with new pieces, as reflected in the updated photos on our listing. The holes you mentioned in the walls were nail holes, which have since been patched, and we found one blind that required maintenance, which has been repaired. We are committed to maintaining our property and improving our guest experience, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to do so.

Great pool with a view indeed! But bring a backup cooler.

Pool with a view
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HomeAwayPool was fantastic, comes with a view! We encountered a few issues and property management was attentive. There is one TV, none in the bedrooms. Some fans need to be replaced in one of the bedrooms, quite noisey but it’s an easy replacement/ investment by owner to be made. Outdoor area needs some love but we would stay here again.

Ladies Weekend

Great stay

There are grocery stores nearby and shopping in Cedar Park isn't far. The inside of the home was clean and decorated nicely. The outside was a bit disheveled but could gave partially been due to the rain.I would stay here again.

Beautiful view! Backyard fun!

The house itself is older, but we were comfortable for the five days we spent here. The cleaning could have been better, but I will share that I'm incredibly picky about cleanliness. If you are not, you will be fine here! The driveway into the house is STEEP! The bedrooms do not have TVs in them! All in all, we had a good time. For the cheap price, the house is worth it!
