House was great, parking not so much
Publié le 10 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGates to the property were inoperable the majority of our stay. So, had to park on the street. Not very convenient during a wedding weekend. Also, the pictures of the furniture need to be updated as there is not as much in the living room area.

Location is close to city
Publié le 22 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayLocation was convenient, not right at the city but close for a good for a long walk. The kitchen space and outdoor fireplace were great. Loft is more of a small bed in the hallway, but it was fine for someone who doesn’t need a room. I don’t think they should advertise that there is a pool, it is more of a water feature. Size of a Jacuzzi and water was extremely cold about 40° with no ability to heat. Maybe more of a cold plunge on a hot day? Otherwise everything was fine.

Disappointed somewhat.
Publié le 8 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThey did a great job staging the property for the pictures in the online ads, most furnishing were different when we arrived, the furnishing were very uncomfortable along with few issues with the property itself. We decided that calling and complaining about these items would of just been a distraction to our vacation and just dealt with them. A couple of the guests were truly disappointed 2 out of 6. Overall we had a great time and the location worked well for us.

Horrible experience with property and Vacasa
Publié le 26 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis is a very misleading listing. The photos are not reflective of the actual property. The lock on the front door was broken when we arrived. We immediately had to contact Vacasa as we could not even access the property with the code. You have no access to the garage. After trying several more times on the phone, they told us where a lockbox was and we gained access with a key. We spent the first night freezing as the controls to the heat/ac are locked at no warmer than 68 degrees. There are no extra blankets in the house, we used towels to keep warm. We called the next day and after some back and forth the owner adjusted the thermostat that we could have access to up to 72 degrees. We also realized that there was only one television in the entire 4 bedroom property in the living room. Even though there is a large tv pictured in the master bedroom of the listing. The manager stated that since it was missing they would refund us $60 of the $1500+ we paid. We stated that we wanted a different property as this one was not what was shown in the listing and we would have never rented a property with one tv. They said they wouldn't do that or release us from the rental. They offered to bring a tv and dresser to set up in one of the bedrooms. We agreed. They showed up hours later with a 23" tv and no dresser. They thought there was one there, but quickly realized none of the bedrooms had dressers or tall furniture. They offered to put the tiny tv on a 1.5' tall bench that was parallel to the master bed. We could not even see it from a laying down position. It was ridiculous. She offered to bring a tv stand the next day. When we followed up the next day, she rescinded the offer of the tv stand and stated all they had was the bench. We had 5 children ages 11-17 and it completely ruined our time at the property. Some kids want to watch movies that weren't appropriate for the younger kids, they couldn't play the Xbox they brought to play with their cousins and we froze. Would not recommend and we filed a complaint with the BBB for false advertising. The manager stated we shouldn't have assumed there was a tv because it isn't written in the description despite the fact that there is a picture of one in the listing. So, know that the pictures are not accurate depictions of the property.

Family getaway
Publié le 28 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayOur family of 5 stayed here for a few days over Spring Break.
PROS - The location was perfect and the house was very clean. Checking in and out was a breeze.
CONS - The management company was not great to communicate with once we checked in. When we arrived we noticed that the pool (listed in description and pictured) was not in working order(barely any water, green, dirty- no way we could have used it). I called to let them know because I wanted to make sure it was noted that it was that way before we arrived. After sitting on hold for a long time I finally got through. They didn't really have anything to say except that they would make a note of it. We later discovered that the oven didn't work (they told us on the phone that an oven wasn't listed on the kitchen amenities) and that the water dispenser didn't work either. I followed up with an email (as suggested in the Vacasa app) and never received a response. I finally emailed again after we got home from our trip to follow up about our stay before I left a review. About A WEEK later I finally got a response that just said someone would look into it and I haven't heard back since.
All in all - cute house but I can say that I don't think I will stay at a Vacasa property ever again.

Girls weekend
