Breakfast options are lacking

Hello Abdel,We are so sorry to hear that you were not able to find something within the vast options we have for every breakfast. Not only do we have some sort of meat options, a potato and egg option, but we have fresh cut fruit, fruit salad, hard boiled eggs, fresh baked scones, homemade oatmeal, cold cereal options, a make your own waffle station and a variety of breads, english muffins and bagels, but we also have a make your own yogurt parfait bar. As an extended stay property we have to keep it consistent for our long term guests who like to have the comfort of home but also still have some mixable options. I am not certain that you were aware of all of the options we have. For that, we are sad to hear.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room is showing its age and could use a deep cleaning. Half the lights in the room didn’t work when we arrived, a quick check of the breaker panel and I found two breakers tripped. I reset them and all was fine, but most guests wouldn’t know how or be comfortable with doing this. Our toilet also had issues with low flush velocity. I would call the free breakfast average, but it was well attended by the staff and they worked to keep the dining area clean between guests.

Hello james,We are sorry to hear that your stay wasn't all that you would have hoped it to be. We certainly will take your feedback and look into the points you provided. There was a power surge on the day of our check in -- with 82 rooms it was not possible for us to reach every single room to check the breakers - however we certainly always take care of any of those issues in real time and our staff is trained to provide assistance in the event that happens.
