bon rapport qualite prix chambre et hotel bien equipée et propre . le petit dejeuner est bien mais pourrait etre mieux vu l hotel.

We have stayed here several times without any issues. Early Sunday morning is was very noisy. The noise sounded like it came from the floor above(4th) but we were also next to the house keeping room. The noise started about 3am and continued until it was almost time to check out. It was an horrible experience.

I always choose tru by hilton because it has not carpet in the rooms and the hotel is top of the line. They provide you shampoo and body wash as well as hand soap. The room was clean thou there was a few hairs on the shower wall that need to be removed but other than that everything else is amazing including the breakfast.. i will choose this hotel chain on my next visit. Thank you tru!

We liked the rec area with the pool table, would have been nice to have more than one pool table. We enjoyed the choices of breakfast items too.

The window curtains didn’t work at all. Had to physically kept opening and closing it to move the curtains. Water in the shower leaks even with door closed.

Cricket Infestation

Worst hotel experience ever. Our room was infested with dozens of crickets that came in continuously through the air conditioning unit. Front desk response was to laugh and say “it’s a Texas thing”. I’ve lived in Texas for 10 years and stayed in hotels throughout the state and never experienced anything like this. It’s understandable to see crickets in the lobby as they come in through doors constantly being opened but the hotel should have screening over the AC units to prevent the infestation we experienced. I asked about moving rooms and they said the issue was throughout the hotel. I asked for a refund the next morning after showing pictures of what we dealt with throughout the night and was rudely denied without so much as an apology for the miserable and unsanitary conditions. Ignore the sign they have promising a clean comfortable stay or they’ll make it right.

I love this hotel. It was so beautiful and near a peaceful city. I really liked how there was lots of games and even a pool to relax. Not to mention how lovely the room was. I would definitely stay here again
