Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was exactly as described, tranquil, clean and we all enjoyed our stay. My mother-in law said the only thing missing were TVs in the other bedrooms, other than that it was great!

Wonderful house and location…needs TLC.
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat house and location. Disappointed that the pool was full of green algae and cloudy, unsafe for swimming . It was reported in a previous review and not taking care during our stay at the end of June. As a pool owner, I treated it with little chemicals they had and brushed daily. Had it sparkling by the end of week. Big disappointment as this is the reason for renting the house. Lots of small issues such as light bulbs not working in kitchen and wasp nest by doorways that we had to go purchase spray to kill. The house was clean and location wonderful. Needs to list all rooms are upstairs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We want to address your concerns and clarify a few points. The pool was serviced the day before your arrival and is maintained weekly. We were not made aware of any issues with pool during your week-long visit until you informed us on the day of checkout. Had we been informed anytime during your visit; we would have promptly dispatched our pool service team to resolve any issues. We responded immediately to the wasp nest over the garage door and offered to reimburse you for the spray. During our conversation earlier in the week about the wasp nest, no pool issues were mentioned, which left us puzzled. Additionally, the light bulb over the island that went out during your stay has been replaced.

Perfect get away

Wish list would be to have coffee grounds or pods available. We ran out to purchase coffee grounds.
Everything was just as we had hoped and we would return.

Texas Vacation

We were fine with all of the bedrooms being upstairs, but agree with a previous poster that this should be included in the listing. It would not be great for someone traveling with individuals that can’t navigate stairs very well. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice sized. There is a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot and a nice variety of cookware. It would have been nice if there were at least a couple of dishwasher pods to get you started overall the house was well stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed the use of the pool while we were there. It sure felt good after a day of Texas heat.

State track stay
Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay. Pool could have been cleaner. There was algae on the bottom. Newly purchased wash cloths were put out before they were washed. It would have been helpful to know all bedrooms and full baths were upstairs. My dad has health issues and it was a bit challenging for him to get up and down the stairs.

This month has seen an unusual amount of rainfall, and regrettably, it coincided with your visit. Had we been informed, we would have dispatched our pool maintenance team immediately. Additionally, we regularly renew our linens and provide washcloths specifically designed for makeup removal to enhance our guests’ comfort during their stay. We appreciate your input once again!
