Our modern, intimate, and cozy studio loft comes with a great view of the downtown Austin skyline right from our living room!

The pictures really capture the loft's essence. Cozy, quaint, adorable, and efficient. Two twin memory foam mattresses to sleep on the main floor and B-Compact stair access to the third twin bed in the loft. Easily fold away the stairs when not in use to provide more space on the main floor. We also have a fully-functioning kitchenette with an induction stove to cook on, and a 50" Roku TV to binge your favorite shows in the morning after a long night out. Get ready for your day full of adventures in the bathroom with complimentary shampoo, soap, microfiber makeup removal cloths, and a hairdryer. Store your luggage in the step-in closet and keep your wardrobe fresh with either the ironing set or steamer.

We've really tried to think of it all, from board games and cards to a stocked pantry with coffee and oatmeal. We even provide a QR code to a micro-site of recommendations that are easily clickable so you don't have to waste a day searching for places to go on Google! Just ask us and we can always send the link before your arrival.

Super convenient to local attractions which are all about a half mile away! Award-winning Franklin BBQ, Rainey Street, Famous 6th Street restaurants/bars, Austin Convention Center. Modern amenities. Whole Foods & Target are literally across the street. Free internet is available via wifi. THE HOUSE IS MUCH CLOSER TO DOWNTOWN THAN IT APPEARS ON THE MAP. We have 8 Gig download and upload speeds via Google Fiber, via ethernet (you'll need a computer that supports this). The room has a CAT6 port available on the wall behind the TV. You will need a device that has a 10G capable ethernet port and a CAT6 to see those kinds of speeds.

The Wi-Fi 6E access points are 802.11ax/ac/n/g/b compatible, so it supports the fastest wireless speeds possible (Wi-Fi 6E tops out around ~1.2 Gbps in real world capabilities). You will need a device that has Wi-Fi 6E to actually see those kinds of speeds. Devices with only Wifi 6 and lower will see lower wireless speeds.

Edwin and the team were prompt with their responses to any of my inquiries/concerns. This tiny style loft was in great proximity to many of Austin's points of interest and the little details that were provided were excellent. Access to this loft was behind the main house and up a flight of stairs, that is located above within a separate building. I would definitely book again at this location if I was in town for the weekend.

Short Stay in Downtown Austin
Me and my partner stayed in this location and had a lovely stay. The place was the perfect size for us and with the loft we could've comfortable had three people stay here. The place was clean with amazing water pressure. There was a brilliant view of the Austin downtown sky line, and our stay was very enjoyable. The place was fully stocked with anything you would need; a water filter, toiletries, microwave, refrigerator, games, a steamer, and an iron. The place was very nice and comfortable and I would recommend!

Nicely designed loft
Nice, modern, well designed loft. It is tiny, so not a lot of room for just chilling with friends. Everything was there that was needed. The host was responsive. It was only a short walk to great music and food.. Neighborhood is a little sketchy feeling with a scrap yard next door. But I never felt unsafe. Off street parking available which was super. I would stay here again.

My friend and I decided on a last minute trip to Austin over the Thanksgiving weekend. The location was very convenient to downtown Austin, it was clean and comfortable. Perfect Location!
Everyone in our group absolutely loved our stay here! The owners really thought of everything! The space may be small but is has everything you could ever need and more. We had 3 adults stay for multiple days and the space worked just fine for us and we would book here again. The location is ideal and we were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. Everything else was only a 5-10 minute drive. We read a few negatives about the ladder going up to the loft and we personally didn't have any issues with it. It's very easy to get up and down and we loved that you could move the stairs out of the way when you didn't need them. We also never had an issue with noise from the metal & iron company next door. We still appreciated the ear plugs and white noise machine though because we're light sleepers. Also, the shower is worth mentioning. Amazing rainfall shower head & water pressure!

LOVE!! The small stuff does matter!
Loved this loft apartment! It was perfect for me. The extra small touches though, took it over the top! Edwin & MIndy were great with communication and I felt taken care of before I even arrived! I wish this duo had little loft apartments like this everywhere I travelled to! Super cute neighborhood, too. Easy access to shopping (Whole Foods & Target are about 3 blocks over). I used Uber to get into the Convention Center - never had to wait longer than 2 minutes for the car to arrive and it is a quick 5 - 10 minute drive away. Can't say enough about how much I loved this property, the owners, and the city! THANK YOU!!

The apartment was perfect for one guest. Some thought did go into walking around at night as the location between a very well-lit area and a very run down area, but this didn't keep me from walking around to enjoy the Austin. The owners were incredibly responsive to questions and very accomodating.

This spot was the perfect little place to rest our heads during our recent trip to Austin! While there was construction near by, earplugs were provided and the thought and care put in was worth any activity outdoors! There were so many little accommodations and thoughts put into the loft. While small, we never planned on spending extra time outside of getting ready and sleeping and this location was perfect!

Limited kitchen cooking options but with microwave and fridge and Wholefoods minutes away we still did great with eating in. Outstanding communication, very clean, and great location!
Mindy and Edwin were fantastic hosts and we had a truly lovely stay in their cute guest house. We came to Austin for our honeymoon and were surprised to find a huge bottle of champagne and a thoughtful card upon arrival. They catered to our every need including our request for a steamer and gave us plenty of recommendations to keep us busy. They made sure to always be accessible if needed, which was really appreciated. We came to Austin during the hottest time of the year, so we were so thankful for the super cool A/C. Mindy even dropped off an extra fan for the loft. The property is conveniently located within walking distance or a short Uber ride to all the sights and shops. As others have mentioned, there is a scrap metal yard next door but the noise didn't bother us at all. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Mindy and Edwin!
