- Front Bedroom: 2 Queen beds, private entrance from back deck, lots of natural light, separate from other 2 bedrooms
- Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, deep soaker tub (with beautiful view of lake), private entrance to back deck, through bathroom
- 3rd Bedroom: Twin-over-Full bunkbed, smart TV, and private access to back deck
- 2nd full bathroom with walk-in shower, and Full-Size washer & dryer
- kitchen has new appliances and bar-seating, opens to Livingroom
- Large, open living room with wall-mounted smart TV
- Back Covered private patio has outdoor seating, gas grill, and views to write home about!
-Access to a common area (that is shared with one other rental property "the Cabin" that can be rented with the Cottage if you are traveling in a large group)
Common area includes:
-Large yard with fire pit, cowboy pool and hammock.
-Access to 100 feet of Lake Travis shoreline, including boat dock that is loaded with lake toys,(don't forget your fishing poles)!

Rental of the Cottage includes a boat slip, 2 parking spaces (additional street parking close-by), private patio or deck, and access to the common grounds and boat dock, which is a great way to meet new people during your stay. Common area includes: large fire pit, cowboy pool, hammock, dock loaded with lake toys, floats, etc.

The Cottage is located on Stewart Cove, just outside of Lakeway, 20 miles from downtown Austin. Lakeway provides something for everyone - Whether you're looking for a relaxing day at the spa, a day of shopping, visiting some of the local wineries and/or breweries, playing a round of golf, or spending a day on the lake, you'll have it all at your fingertips!

If you are looking to bring a boat, we highly suggest checking the lake levels through the LCRA for Lake Travis (Mansfield). Boat Ramps are open when the level is below 679' MSL (mean sea level) and Boat Parking is open when lake levels are below 675' MSL.
