the house is big enough for 7 people the amenities were ok except for the fire pit.

Publié le 28 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property was amazing and perfect for our family. It was nice to have the pool table. There is an electronic dart board but they didn’t have the correct darts so we couldn’t use it. The fire pit was very nice also.

-Comfy Mattress and bedding
-No pet odor
-Comfy den with amazing view from kitchen
-Amazing neighborhood with NO traffic!
-Friend deer with adorable babies!
The negatives
- Steep areas in front and back
- Grass burs in back can hurt doggie paws.
- Lake is all private in Lago Vista

Friends reunion
Publié le 1 août 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had two families stay at this property while meeting up with a third that relocated to Austin. Chris (local property manager) was fantastic to work with, and made us feel at home before we even got there!
The house was exactly what we were looking for & in a perfect location for both Austin excursions and lake days.
(Noted…..the property itself does not have lake access & we didn’t expect any. Dink Pearson park is just up the road, and we also took advantage of local attractions).
