The shed

Even though springbrook was “5” min away, it takes an hour to get to the park.
Wonderful for some people but not me

It is always disappointing that guests don't enjoy themselves and that we get blamed for their lack of research before they arrive. This group clearly did not look at our property profile that would have shown them that they had booked a unique experience at a eco retreat, with free ranging animals to enjoy. The spa was beautifully presented, all they had to do was remove the spa cover for use.
The property has good lights inside and out for night time use. We got a message late at night to say they wanted to be closer in town. We simply don’t understand why people book knowing our location and then complain and think we are to blame.
When they first arrived they started to attempt to enter another building, that was nothing to the description or visual appearance of their booked building, and reports of them yelling out for attendance throughout the property, as a disturbance to other guests. They received good communication and directions to their building, and they had great photos from the booking platform to what their building looked like. First building they would have seen.

A Shed with a View

Paradice in the sky

Super private, Best view of GC I have seen from a hot tub.

Want to go back
Posted Aug. 11, 2022 on HomeAwayWas very nice place and we think to go back but longer next time was very nice we have a great time. Only a small think happen the outside tub wasn’t working but nothing important.
We was very happy about our night. Jessica was nice to us. Thanks

Hi I'm sorry are very surprised to hear that your tub was not working it was when we left it and it was when we came back to the space to clean. were you looking at the right hot tub for your building? We have 2 on site.

Hinterland stay

Rustic retreat
Posted Oct. 31, 2021 on HomeAwayOff the track escape, but u still have wifi, if u book the shed and are an early riser-open up the doors at both ends hit the strategically placed couch and the experience of the peacocks and other birds flying in with the gold coast skyline in the distance is not to be missed
