It was off season, lots of restaurants were closed

Hi Ann Marie I'm sorry about the restaurants in the area not being open for you. The restaurants start closing earlier and close after labor day. We do have some restaurants that are year round like Avalon brew pub, Princeton, Uncle Bills, Lobster House, Nemos, and Freds Tavern. I hope you will stay with us again! Thank you for your feedback.

The location is excellent! The property is clean and has all the comforts of home. It is relaxing and quiet, making it the perfect beach trip.

If you want a clean hotel that is kid friendly and is centrally located on Seven Mile beach on the Jersey Shore, this is the place. Cannot find even an average quote to place on this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is simple. Location is just one block off beach. Pool is spacious and great for kids. Large hot tub also. This is really a great option when visiting the shore.

Great vacation - excellent property. Had a bit of trouble parking a couple of nights because there were quite a few cars that did not have permits to park on site (as evidenced by the orange warning cards on the windshields) Room was in great shape - very comfortable

Would stay here again! Very clean, very nice pool area with 3 grills. Pool stayed open late. Rooms were always clean, plenty of towels.
