This property was a great pick for us because we were a larger family group (4 adults and 1 child) traveling together. We booked a panorama suite, which had a nice balcony with a view of the Avalon harbor. It had a bedroom with a king bed and connected bathroom, plus a queen murphy bed in the living room, an additional full bathroom, and they brought a rollaway for my son. There was also a kitchen which was clean and had some dishes/pans/etc. The room was very nice and mostly redone, with only a couple of dated elements. Having said all that, there were a couple of things that we weren't thrilled about, given the price point (we paid about $850/night). When we arrived they told us there was no housekeeping offered (though they did say we could ask for more towels). The main issue was that the water in both bathrooms (faucets and showers) was absolutely scalding - there was no cold water available. Not sure what that was about, but it made it difficult to bathe. The other issue was the breakfast, which was extremely minimal for $850/night. They had orange juice like water, coffee, and some pre-packaged muffins and danishes that looked like they had been sat on, as well as some bags of chips. We ended up skipping the breakfast and eating brunch at a restaurant, which was an additional expense we weren't counting on. Overall it was a fine stay, but quite overpriced for some of the issues mentioned.
