Nice staff, super convenient spot. Everything is walking distance. 10 min walk from the port when you dock. Good food in the area and fun night life, bars, and Keroke.

Ocean view room. Beautiful and cozy. Perfectly clean and with everything you need. Unfortunately the heating was broken so the room was a bit cold even though there was a small fan. Great staff, Daniel was professional and kind. Beautiful hotel I recommend it

I am giving our stay 5 stars because the location was awesome, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, but I mean, you can't compare it to the ritz or one of the high end hotel, but it was perfect for Catalina.

The bed was very comfortable, room was nice, and the person in the front desk was friendly and courteous to our accommodations. The only thing we did not like was that the walls are to thin that you can hear very clearly what people in next room to us are saying and especially when they bang things against the wall.

For a 100 year old plus Hotel pleasantly "Surfprized" Clean neat with a few modern touches ..Daniel ( spellin') front desk was very professional /helpful..Mural in room was a nice touch ... Vanity in bathroom on the cheap side ..Vintage Shower tile was cool..the "continental breakfast" was skimpy.. mini muffin's O.J . coffee.. No fruit no cereal etc. ...wish they had ocean view rooms with two beds..Overall would stay again..:)

For our first visit on Catalina Island, this property was perfectly located in the center of town on the waterfront. We had a room with a waterfront view that was perfect to wake up to every morning. It was a relatively short and enjoyable walk from the boat landing to the hotel. You can't beat the weather on the island. We were there in November and needed a break from the rain in Portland, Or. We would definitely look at this property again for our next visit.
