Thanks to the hotel staff , we had a very memorable trip . The hotel took care of arrangements from the time we were picked up at the airport till we were dropped off. A lot of patience in working with me of best possible activities, restaurant recommendations and also negotiating the best price on some of the tour packages.

I have stayed at Nilya hotel a couple times now and I plan to stay there again soon. It is my favorite place to stay when I’m in the Selcuk/Ephesus area. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in this area.

Perfect view and great room accompanied by exceptional service. I'd like to especially thank the person that welcomed us and took our bags and also the lady who cleaned our room, they really care about they do and are genuinely interested in providing great service.

Property had good view of balloons in the morning. The staff was helpful in the morning but was rude in the evening. The descriptions of the room was not true, we were supposed to have a king size bed and another bed but only had a double bed at most. There is no air conditioning in the room so it was extremely hot. Our jacuzzi in the room stank up the room like rotten eggs and we were not able to use it. Building too far from other things and would not recommend this hotel.

1-You made a reservation for 2 people, but 4 people came to the hotel. You claimed that your reservation is for 4 people for one hour. When you looked at your own voucher, you knew very well that the reservation you made was for 2 people. You were on the alert and tried to stay for 4 people with a reservation fee for 2 people. Then you reserved another room for 2 people.2-The same information sheet I gave you was located behind the door of your room. All the information there is correct, I couldn't understand which one was wrong. The way the jacuzzi works is also written there exactly. You called the reception claiming that the jacuzzi was not working an it is broken at night. We told you to carefully read the text given to you and that you can operate the jacuzzi that way (after the water level rises above the nozzles), the jacuzzi will work. We were able to say this between your speeches when we had the opportunity. After 10 minutes, you said that the jacuzzi started working but there was an odor. What we were going to do was run the jacuzzi for 10-15 minutes and drain the water. Since we do not know the condition of your room and you have an extremely conservative appearance, we recommended you instead of coming to your room and doing the unloading of the jacuzzi ourselves. I did not use any rude words or tone, it was you who was rude and smelly.3-Your main problem is the money you pay for booking a room with a capacity of 3 people for 2 people and not being able to accommodate 4 people there. Try to book with correct information. If you do not know how to operate a jacuzzi, try reading the information sheet. Unfortunately, every year, there are one or two guests who are enemies of reputation like you. I commend you to God. Hopefully he knows what to do.

Stayed at the Fairyland Cave Hotel with my wife and 8 year old son. Mehmet, the owner reached out before our visit and helped us arrange our hot air balloon adventure for a price less than we could find online and gave us splendid recommendations for sightseeing in the area (we had our own rental car). Equally important, the hotel and location were beautiful and atmosphere quite serene. Mehmet showed us old pictures of how he renovated the old caves into this beautiful hotel, it was quite amazing! We travel the world extensively and highly recommend this hotel.

Located high up on a hill you will have to use stairs to get to your room. Nice clean Hotel with friendly staff.

This lady came with 1 boyfriend and 1 girlfriend. They took 2 rooms. one room was 56.03 per day and the other was 59.7. They stayed for 2 days and their reservation was for 2 days. He came on his way out and shouted in an inappropriately aggressive manner that his girlfriends were staying in the room they bought, and that they were staying in the room where their friends were staying, so we should refund the money they paid, otherwise they would write a bad review. I already said that we gave the 2 rooms they took, these 2 rooms are the cheapest 2 rooms in our hotel, but the woman was shouting at the reception. I told them to take the difference between the 2 rooms from their friends, and he did not accept that either. She insisted that I return the money they paid. Finally, he said, you should pay our shuttle fees. Even though they had no rights, I accepted this just because of his rude behavior and blackmail to give bad ratings. I can also prove that we paid for the shuttle. He made us pay the shuttle fee. His aim was to get his room fee refunded even though he stayed for 2 days. It is completely malicious. I hope someone like this never comes to our hotel again!
