Great place with great people
Publié le 13 mai 2024 sur HotelsSuper accommodating friendly staff, room was spotless and they have amazingly soft towels. This wasn’t our first time staying here and it was just as expected, it is our forever home whenever visiting Aviemore what more is there to say other than just get yourself booked in if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Aviemore.

Einfaches zweckmässiges Hotel
Publié le 16 août 2023 sur HotelsDas Hotel an sich ist schön, die Zimmer sind aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eher klein. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt aber und der Service ist wunderbar, würden also trotzdem wieder hier übernachten auf der Durchreise.

The coziest stay in Aviemore!
Publié le 6 déc. 2021 sur HotelsWe had the most wonderful stay at Ravenscraig Guest House! The room was cozy, clean and modern, with an amazing view of the mountains out of our window. Check in was a breeze, Scott made us feel so welcome and told us to give him a shout if we needed anything. The guest house itself is beautiful, with traditional Scottish decor and is only a 10-12 minute walk from the main train station and a 5 minute walk from shops/cafes. Even though it’s on the main road there was hardly any noise, traffic or otherwise, and we felt like we were the only ones staying with how quiet it was!
We couldn’t fault it in the slightest and will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Aviemore!

B&B was nice, clean and well appointed.
Water pressure wasn't great and rooms at the front are on the main road through Aviemore so there can be traffic noise, but these didn't impact on our stay.

Publié le 24 sept. 2020 sur HotelsGreat guest house, owner was very friendly and welcoming. Bedroom was really comfy and clean with great facilities. Breakfast was excellent! It’s a short 2 minute walk into Aviemore and the guest house has free parking too. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend!

The owners were lovely and made some great recommendations - they also have a very friendly cat! The breakfast was fantastic too - best we had in Scotland!!

excellent place for stay in Aviemore
Publié le 24 juill. 2020 sur HotelsPerfect for our visit, central location, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent good choices and first class quality. The only slight criticism was the toilet was very slightly tired, needed a bit of attention but would not prevent us from returning.

Hi Derek - thanks for staying at Ravenscraig and delighted you enjoyed your stay. Over the last 12 months we have upgraded over 70% of our bathrooms. Hopefully this time next year, all our rooms will have new bathrooms - unfortunately the current climate has delayed our refurb programme. :-( All the best
