Very clean but poor service and communication. Also on day 2 had no hot water and as there is no reception the mobile number did not work to try and fix issue!

Staff were nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean and price reasonable. Would recommend staying there.
A bit more weeding of property would not go astray.

I liked being able to obtain crockery & cutlery from the Wreck Room to use for breakfast. Assistance from staff with removing the toilet seat so I could use my elderly mother’s toilet seat frame was greatly appreciated. Likewise, assistance when I pressed the wrong buttons on the TV which resulted in actually swapping over TV’s was also greatly appreciated. I noticed there was only 1 face washer when there should have been 4 for a family room sleeping 4, and I couldn’t find a plug for the bathroom basin, but other than that, everything was excellent. Thankyou!
