Short stay, happy vacationers
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cottage was just what we wanted. It had three bedrooms, plenty of bathroom access, and decent amenities. It was a short walk to the beach. I had several detailed questions, and Stacy responded promptly to all of them, going out of her way to make us feel comfortable and at home. I will keep Park Place on my short list for next summer!

Long Weekend

It’s on such a lovely quiet street the epitome of why we love Avon, close to beach access and a few great restaurants..

Great Location!

The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, as well as a great spot underneath the home for cleaning sand and salt off ourselves and our dog. We plan on returning in the future!

Awesome beach house

We were close to the beach and the grocery store. We often cooked dinner and played board games at night and when it was raining. The owner always replied to my texts within minutes.

Avon Beach Getaway

Great location and value
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the location, very close to beach access on foot and via 4-wheel drive vehicle on Ramp 38. The house was clean, beds were comfy, bath towels nice and fluffy, and good water pressure in shower. Only a minor snafu with the check-in code, but the owner responded within 10 minutes to correct the typo. She was also very helpful with recommending places to dine nearby. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and look forward to our next trip to the OBX. It was a fantastic vacation!

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nicely provisioned and the beach is just a short walk away from the house.
We would very much recommend staying here.
