Hotel room is terribly outdated. AC was poor in the room (so bad that there were 2 machines). The sink would not output cold water and made a loud obnoxious noise when you ran the water so we scorched ourselves. They offered to change room but we were only staying 2 nights and didn’t want the inconvenience of moving. The towel holders were filled with rust and bathroom floor was very old and stained. Hotel did not offer any monetary concessions or discounts after a terrible experience. Positives were the breakfast buffet and restaurant service was very good.

Beautiful place with old-world charm. Rooms are large and comfortable and the property is meticulous. Pool is fantastic- great property, lots of lawn chairs, warm water, sun umbrellas. We've stayed here before and will return again- very resort-like setting.
