Not up to Standard
Publié le 10 août 2023 sur HomeAwayI have rented from this owner for three years and stayed in this specific room the last two year. We booked a 3 week stay in this unit. The unit has been a bit neglected. The ceiling in the shower is peeling paint and is showing wear and tear. The phones did not work properly so the only way to call the front desk or valet was by using personal cell phones. The blinds on the door leading to balcony were flimsy and kept falling off. When we tried to repair we realized they were only being held on by a thin layer of velcro. One of the lights was burned out in the bathroom which made it rather dark. The refrigerator ran excessively cold and froze our water bottles. The couch bed is uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. We had already made our decision we would not longer be renting from this resort because updates are needed. We checked out 2 days early and was surprised that the owner decided to charge us $150 dollar for carpet cleaning.The owner showed me a picture of the carpet leading to the tiled floor of dark carpet. While I do believe the entire carpet needed a good cleaning including the upholstered couch but not sure how it should be on my account. Normal wear occurs when tenants stay 3 weeks. It was a challenge to do extended stay as there was not enough supplies like toilet paper and other essentials. Westin Riverfront is a good property but it's best to pay extra and reserve from hotel so you get housekeeping and rooms that are kept updated.

This review this guest left was intended for the other studio she rented from us, not this one that she rented for her friend. The owner spent $30,000 to update this Unit 317B in June 2023 and it now has new carpet and new paint and dogs are not allowed. It is pristine.
In regard to the guests negative comments, we checked in with her after one week of her 3 week stay and she said all was fine and we never heard from her again. It was only after we charged her for the additional carpet cleaning that was required after her stay that she then wrote this review. It would have been easy to solve her maintenance issues by calling our maintenance crew if we would have known.

Great ski vacation rental
Publié le 16 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe ski valet and gondola are wonderful feature of this property. You literally put your boots on and walk out the door to the gondola. Within a few minutes your at the base of Beaver Creek. Onsite free shuttle will get you to Beaver Creek, so you really don't need a car. Host was great about restaurant suggestions, our favorite was the Chophouse at the base of Beaver Creek. Awesome spring skiing and lively apres ski at the hotel bar.

Westin Avon
Publié le 1 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe Westin was very nice & had excellent personal/staff. We took an early season trip so beaver creeks slopes were not open yet. However the free to ride Westin shuttle to vail was easy to use & ran on a efficient schedule. Restaurant at the Westin was excellent and the room was nice.

This studio is a luxury privately owned studio with spectacular mountain view located inside the Conde Naste rated Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa . When the guest rents at a discount directly from us, they need to reach out to US and not the front desk for maintenance and housekeeping issues. Communication is the key. We are happy to solve any issues as we have our own staff, but you have to ask us!
