Descent motel

It’s a decent motel, the location is good, bed was comfortable, very big bedroom, a/c heater Very noisy. Breakfast was ok, but very crowded and the lobby / breakfast area very small. Amenities are limited the outdoor pool and a small hot tub were working well. The coste per night definitely overpriced.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Overall, the first visit was good, which starkly contrasted with our second visit. During our second visit, the noise level of other guests was unacceptable. Children were running down the hallway and being noisy. The guests in the next room were also very loud, including having a party on or last night. The staff were able to move us to a quieter room.

My stay at Comfort Inn was great until checkout. I was told that I had to pay $9.97 unpaid tax because I booked through Expedia. One day after check-out, and returning both card keys, I received a bill from Comfort Inn for $157.97 for an additional day's stay. I was furious. When I called Comfort Inn I was told I stayed an extra day. I told them that I had returned both keys. They said there was no manager on duty and couldn't do anything about it. They texted the manager and told me I would be contacted the following Monday. I told them that I'd be flying back to New York state and might not be available. One day later the additional charge was removed. The issue was resolved satisfactorily, but nevertheless was unnerving.

The worst stay EVER.

I am so highly disappointed. First of all, the cleaniness. There were stains on the beds- grossly new and things I won’t even comment what they were…you can guess. The second major issue- the staff at front desk was very difficult to understand and unhelpful. 3rd- all AM 1:30-7am there was constant issues of someone slamming doors, other people staying there, opening their doors to see what the heck was going on, yelling and it was just…OUT OF CONTROL. For almost $350 plus a mistake that I am still trying to get my money back for, a reservation with the wrong dates, the front desk not answering, anytime I called to fix this issue- they never answer their phone, the manager never called me even after talking to Comfort Inns head honchos, this place honestly needs an upgrade and a whole new slew of customer service because as of right now- there is none. As a front desk agent of many years- this should be embarrassing to this comfort inn.

we have come to Comfort Inn for the last 5 or 6 years. access to Beaver Creek skiing, location of I 70 are pluses . This year there seems to be a change in ownership. New ownership is not keeping the location up. Scrapes in vinyl fabric, shower handle loose, shelves coming off wall , sidewalk falling apart all show a lack of maintenance and reinvestment. They are now in a stage of milking the property. Sad

I was there to ski. The room was quite comfortable and defecting for that purpose. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking was good. Breakfast was nice but not special. How many stop on the local bus routes makes accessing the ski areas easy inconvenient.

This hotel is way over priced. The hand rail in the shower pulled off the wall when slightly leaning on it, the room next to us had dogs that barked, the toilet kept loosing water and refilling all night, and there was a constant high pitch whistle outside our window.

Affordable ski lodging in Beaver Creek

Close to the bus stop if you're skiing Beaver Creek - just a quick trip to the connector or up to the base area. Very comfortable, relatively quiet for being so close to 70, and a great breakfast. Would recommend.

I loved it. No frills lodging but with all the ski amenities needed. Breakfast in the AM & a quick shuttle ride to Beaver Creek Resort to be on sky slopes in no time. The shuttles ran like clock work too. It was perfect for our needs.
