With 1,128 square feet of beautifully updated living space, this sophisticated 3BR/2BA Sunridge at Avon II condo is perfectly located less than half a mile from the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift and is across the street from the complimentary bus shuttle to the resort.

Relax indoors or out -- the breezy balcony offers sun or shade, and a gas fireplace adds allure in the living room. A high-end kitchen and heated floors create a luxurious retreat.

LIVING AREA

Spacious and comfortable, the posh living room is furnished with a comfy leather sofa and two handsome leather chairs. Turn up the gas fireplace and settle in with a film on the 50” TV equipped with cable and surround sound.

KITCHEN & DINING

A suite of stainless steel appliances will inspire your inner chef in the freshly remodeled kitchen. The side-by-side fridge has plenty of room for all your groceries, and there’s ample counter space for easy meal preparation.

Perch at the two-person bar to enjoy an afternoon snack. Four can gather around the table to enjoy a home-cooked meal.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-story condo sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms and two full baths with heated tile floors.

Make yourself at home in the tranquil master suite, furnished with a king-size bed and a 41” TV. The en-suite master bathroom features a pristine tub/shower combination with jet features.

Find a twin-over-full bunk bed in the second bedroom. The third guest room has a queen-size bed and a 42” TV.

A tub/shower combination rounds out the sparkling guest bathroom.

Please note that this unit is located on the third floor (with no neighbors above). Guests can access landings in between via two flights of stairs.

Although this unit is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Avon's mild summer temperatures.

THE LOCATION

Perched just outside of Beaver Creek Resort, your Sunridge at Avon II condo is just 1.2 miles from downtown and 11.2 miles from Vail.

Hop aboard the complimentary bus shuttle pick-up (located across the street) and be whisked away to the resort. You’re also near a liquor store, fly fishing store, and a salon.

Agave, a favorite Mexican eatery located directly across the street, offers music and entertainment in the evenings. Picturesque Harry A. Nottingham Park awaits in 0.7 miles with 48 lush acres, a lake and fishing area, and a playground.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Broken lock
The lock code did not work and we had to call for assistance to get in. We were able to use the physical key but that also did not work well and frequently got stuck in the lock. The condo itself was very clean, nice and comfortable

luxury and clean meet here
Spotless condo, very luxurious ,from the heated floors to the sleep number bed and large master bath. the kids had their own bedrooms and shared a bath. Walked to the shuttle to the ski area.

They put a boot on our work truck. Cost $140
I think it is shady business practice to have someone lurk around the rental property parking lot and boot peoples vehicles. There were no parking passes in the unit. The check in email did not have instructions for registering for parking. The parking lot was nearly empty. We were in the correct parking lot. I will not stay in a Vacasa VRBO again if i can help it. Oh and this is the same place we stayed in a couple of weeks ago. The ethernet cable was burnt to the fireplace glass. We notified them immediately. And both times still not internet because of the ethernet cable.

Property was clean and just as the pictures looked online. My only complaint is the ice maker didn’t make but a handful of ice each day. No A/C was challenging. Our condo didn’t cool down at night but I’m sure it’s because of the time of year.

Close, but fell short of the mark.
The good: 1. The beds and furniture in the listing were accurate. The beds and Sofas were comfortable. The condo was equipped with most of the kitchen supplies needed for our stay. It also had a great washer and dryer. The location was close to all major attractions. The TVs had a very good selection of TV/streaming services. The Bad: There were 3 fatal failings. (1) The condo was not clean. Dishes were not clean. The bed sheet were not clean. We ended up having to wash/clean everything. On top of this, there were no washer detergent pods. We left a message with the manager, but received no reply nor resupplies. In the end we had to go out and buy our own. Clearly, the cleaning fees are not going to cleaning. (2) The condo was located near a highway, with continual loud traffic noise. This may it hard to keep the windows open at night. (3) The condo was on the third floor, which made it an oven in hot weather. Even with all the windows open and fans turned on, it was too hot to sleep comfortably. This is likely a good condo in the winter, but desperately needs air conditioning for hot summer weather.

Condo was great size and furnished very nicely. Was given wrong WI-FI network and password and took until the next day to get it straightened out. It would be nice if they left any information on how to get to the lift and which lots are considered “open” lots to park in because it was a bit confusing. The condo was very clean, had nice sized bathrooms, comfortable couches, big dining table, comfortable beds, only bad part unfortutnatley was the refrigerator smelled like fish. Walls are paper thin but we slept very well. All in all a good experience just need a few tweaks to make it great

Safety a Concern for Our Vacation
This property is located in a primary residence apartment complex, not suited for vacationers. The apartment complex was not safe for our family to stay. The neighbors had cigarette butts, dirty socks and trash piled up outside their doors next to the condo. We thought we could make it work, but when we realized that we didn't feel safe, we didn't even stay and had to find a last-minute hotel for our vacation. When I contacted the rental agency, they promised to have someone local go by the property to address our concerns, but this never happened. I left several messages but still haven't heard back after 5 days. We ate the cost of the rental. Also, while we were checking the place out, we realized that you can't view live TV, so watching our home team in the NCAA tournament was a bust. This is clearly a case where a local got a local resident discounted rate to purchase the apartment and is trying to rent it out. I would not recommend staying here for safety reasons.

Excellent place. We loved it..kitchen well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Overall a well decorated unit with all the comforts of home. Was a little disturbed about email from you telling us Samsung pad was unplugged. We unplugged it to wipe counters down. Also entire unit smells like Pot in the afternoon and evenings. It appears the people who live below this unit must smoke a pound of pot a day and for some reason the smell travels up through the inside of the structure to the unit. We will gladly stay here again but the pot smell is a disappointment.

Great Experience All Around
It was easy in all respects. Property is quiet. Interior finish is excellent. Good communication with management. Warm decoration inside. Sufficiently stocked. Only complaint involves cooking skillets. Don’t laugh. Not trying to be petty or picky. Just very hard to cook eggs. Recommend providing a non-stick finish. Overall, great property and experience.

Excellent property for a mountain getaway
I was very impressed by this condo, from the location to the amenities to the seamless check-in/check-out process, this place helped make my summer vacation that much more memorable. Some things of note: Fridge includes a built-in ice maker and water filtration unit and has plenty of space for stocking up. Each of the 3 TVs are Smart capable and have many more apps than just Netflix & Prime Video. Two of the rooms have top shelf speaker systems to plug in a phone or iPod. A nice selection of books and board/card games are also available. I was offered a gift card for writing this review, but I would have written it regardless since this is a great spot to anchor your stay in beautiful Beaver Creek.
