The remaining two bedrooms – another generously-proportioned king bedroom and a bunk room with two beds – share a central bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The outdoor hot tub, discreetly placed under the stars, can also be approached via the lower-level wrap-around deck, thoughtfully furnished with a dining table and sun loungers. Paradise on the beach
Wow… Mother Nature was not on our side (great winds, huge waves, not much heat/sun), but the house was perfect in every way. Quiet neighborhood, close enough from everything but not too close… Help from owner for an auto repair, answers quickly to any enquiry. Seriously impressed! Not my first rental, but it’s on top of my « go back to » list!!!

We decided to get away for a bit and found this house. So glad we did!! This home was impeccably clean!!!! The kitchen very well stocked and organized…definitely a cooks kitchen!!! The beds were very comfortable and sheets and other linens were very clean! The all around deck is perfect for watching both sunrises and sunsets as well as a good walk around for our dog (who loved playing hide and seek with us on it!) Donika was very responsive and it’s very obvious she and her family care about the home and their guests experience. There were lots of notes and pictures of how things should be organized or used which we found to be very helpful and again a demonstration of how she cares and wants the guest experience to be great! The top deck provides a great view of the clean and it was a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend this home! We will definitely be back!!

Overall, the property was in a great location, wonderful views, well stocked kitchen. Even though weather was not the best (Debbie), my pups had fun. We made sure to take off our shoes in the house to keep sand out. There's also an outdoor shower that is handy. We pointed out areas where the floor was damaged, I think it's best to note these to the host early on in the stay. We've used VRBO often. I'm not sure if there have been changes with VRBO, this time it was challenging communicating with VRBO staff and the app was not working a lot of the time. Something to be aware of if changes are needed (we requested to decrease our stay by one day before the cancellation period was over). Overall a nice property and peaceful beach.

Stayed June 15-23, location was perfect and we had a great time. Ate at all of the local restaurants and enjoyed walking the beach and pier. Check in and out were super easy! Thanks for everything!

Loved this house!
This house was great! It was very clean, beds were comfy. Outdoor shower was very nice, so was the hot tub. The beach is gorgeous, the whole neighborhood was very quiet. The circular house structure was very unique, and I really liked the porch that went all the way around the whole house. Only suggestion is if you want to take a lot of gear to the beach, you would need a beach cart that has big wheels. Our cart wheels were too small and the sand is pretty deep to get over the dune. Will definitely come back to this house!!

Relaxing with beautiful views
This home was unique in its roundness and wrap all around decks. The views are amazing. Each morning we enjoyed coffee on the deck watching the ocean . AMAZING !! The area of Avon was quaint and had plenty to do. We traveled all around the islands. The weather was chilly which made the hot tub perfect each evening. Overall a restful, relaxing vacation. We will be back

Home is in a location where the views are amazing. Property manager was very responsive when we had to reach out due to faulty smoke detector, and hot tub not working properly, however the manager was not able to have maintenance come until 2 days later (Friday afternoon. We arrived Wednesday). The property manager request a list of cleaning items and expectations be completed prior to check out at 9am, however I am confused as to why there is additional cleaning fee when guests are cleaning and vacuuming prior to checkout. Future rental guest are strongly encouraged to purchase the property damage insurance.

Holiday away
We had a fantastic stay between Christmas and New Years eve. The check in was a breeze. The main room upper level afforded ocean views. While the protective dunes prevented us from seeing the beach, we could see the cresting waves. We were also delighted to see dolphins. The home was tidy and warm. The kitchen sported plenty of pots and pans. It was perfect for a stay-cation away from home.

Relaxing stay on the beach
We stayed for a late October birthday week with 2 dogs. The house was exactly as presented on the website. Loved the upstairs great room with full views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. Beds were comfortable. There is a great seafood store about 1 mile away and a large supermarket 2 miles away. The weather was great so we had many long walks on the beach. The upper level wrap around deck is fully contained to that level, so the dogs could be outside without fears of them running off while we were inside reading. Beautiful sunrises over the ocean and sunsets behind the house which were visible as there really are views all around. All in all it was a great stay.

Great Stay!!
This was our second time staying here and enjoyed it even more than the last.They made improvements to the outside showers than made it even easier to clean up after a day on the beach. Great location closr to some very nice places to eat. We hope to visit again in the future.
