It needed alittle more cleaning. I had to sweep when i got there and tried to clean the ceiling fans. Fixtures needed dusting as well.

Sorry to hear that you had to do a bit of sweeping/dusting upon arrival - that is definitely not up to the standards that we aim for. We would have gladly come straight over to remedy the situation if you had let us know. We are always only a couple minutes away and strive to ensure that our guests are satisfied with all aspects of their stay. But thank you for letting us know. Absolutely Amazing

The location is perfect, just minutes (walking) from the beach and pier! We loved our time at The Green Room and can't wait to go back!!

Great stay in OBX
Publié le 27 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Green Room was a great place for my husband and I as we ventured about in the Outer Banks. This listing was very clean, kitchen had everything you would need and bedrooms roomy with their own bathrooms. Location was ideal- we explored by taking the ferry to Ocracoke Island one day and walked to the beach another day; grocery store and restaurants close by.

Great place at a good price!
Publié le 12 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I stayed here in May 2024 and had a great time. Very clean and modern apartment, walking distance from the beach/fishing pier. The beach was not very crowded and a great place for shell hunting. The only downside is that it is about an hour drive from here to the rest of the Outer Banks, but if you plan what you need and prioritize beach time it isn't much of an issue. All in all a good place to stay for vacation
