Large family stay
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for our large family. Lots space inside and out. Some of our family visited for the day and there was still plenty of space for entertaining..
Just one thing missing was an outside tap to clean sand of your feet.
But the house was so comfortable and warm.
Jenny is an amazing host. Thank you for our welcome gift. They were very yummy. We are hoping to make it a yearly visit.

A fishing Club weekend away

There were six of us and there was everything we could need - lemons on the bench and eggs in the fridge from Jenny, heaps of wood for the fire which was all set with paper and kindling when we arrived (thanks to Jenny)- it was all so comfortable and welcoming. We were so warm with the fire and there was plenty of towels for showers. The Hotel is directly opposite so that was great for meeting up with the rest of our group for meals also. This was a really great weekend away and we totally recommend.

Perfect location for whitebaiting the Awakino river

She lit the fire in advance of our arrival and even left us some eggs for our breakfast. We stayed in the two inside beds which were comfortable. 2 rooms are accessed off the deck from portacoms outside. Very spacious lounge
