Terrible service, the air conditioner wasn’t working, they would not move us to another room just kept sending maintenance to fix it and was never fixed.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was much better than I expected. Rooms were big and clean. Lovely little welcome pack. Cleaned daily. Breakfast was wonderful. Central location. Would definitely recommend.

Good stay overall
Posted Jul. 9, 2023 on HotelsQuick check in, room was spacious and generally quite clean although we did find an empty box and open packet of condom left in the wardrobe.
Our air conditioner started leaking as soon as we turned it on but maintenance were very quick to come and fix it and then we had no further issues. Breakfast was a bit basic but we only stayed one night so it was fine for us.
Room was comfortable with nice view overlooking pool, large fridge and plenty of glasses/cutlery etc if needed.
A little noisy at night time but kind of expected for the location. Location is great central aiya napa, nothing is far to walk.
