Enjoyed the free parking and close proximity to beach and restaurants/ bars but not close enough to hear the noise from clubs/pubs. Breakfast is not dairy-free friendly - had to go and ask for a plant milk each breakfast; no tofu for breakfast. If you eat meat, milk and dairy then the breakfast should be fine. If you are vegan, look for elsewhere. Rooms are not sound-proof. Your neighbours will hear you and you will hear them, especially at night. Swimming pool was ok but had quite a bit sand on the bottom of it. Nice cocktails in the hotel bar. To summarise - between 3 and 4 star hotels. Compared to 4 star hotels in Canary Islands this is a 3 star hotel.

Goof Place to Stay

Very convenient location, steps away from the beach and not far from the center. Walking distance to attractions, such as sculpture park and natural bridge/arch--a dramatic cliff. Staff very friendly. good dinning options, bar with live music on Fri/Sat/Sun evening

The hot tub was old and water Luke warm and needed a clean and was old and the pillow was not there. We could not use it. The first bedroom plug got stuck in basin. The television did not work in the lounge. Water with a meal in the restaurant with a bar was a cost each time and we were full board. Dust on the televisions in the bedrooms and black suede cushion on couch dirty. The place needs a thorough deep clean. The men by the pool bar if you don’t leave a tip they don’t smile. The only good things was the Mexican salad was delicious and the men behind the bar and the reception were always nice and pleasant. 5000 I spent I should have had an amazing clean in working order suite. This is not a four star hotel.
