Trevlig personal, framförallt han som jobbade natt som vidtog åtgärder omedelbart man sa till om något. Städningen under all kritik, står städning varje dag, ena veckan fick vi städat 3 ggr, de fixade inte ens till sängen, inga rena handdukar ded dagar de inte städade. Vi hade samma handdukar i 3 dagar. Äckligt eftersom man duschar 1-2 ggr dagligen efter strandbesök. Grannen sidan om hade så snuskigt äckligt på sin balkong så det var massor med kackerlackor som vi fick in på vårt rum och det var där killen på natten var otroligt behjälplig. Poolen gick det inte att ligga vidd hotellet antagligen fått mögel i en del av hotellet som var de rivit och det luktade avlopp när man försökte ligga där. Tagit bilder som ska skickas till Hotels.Com. Allt ser mycket fräscht och fint ut både i entrén och rummen men läs men som skrivit ovan så är jag/vi inte nöjda med vår vistelse.

The staff when my friends and I arrived were very nice, polite and helpful however there were no staff at the reception on arrival we had to wait. My friends and I still received exceptional service from them however one member of staff named Sammy who usually works the night shift has the worst communication skills I have ever come across which is poor as, he is a “receptionist”. He apparently gave us a warning for going in the pool which he did not communicate to us, he tried to kick us out which it turns out he is not allowed to do because, it is not even in his job description and the reasoning for Sammy trying to kick us out was beyond stupid (he was going to kick us out for shaking a plant) HE WAS RACIST TO MY FRIEND and did not apologise he’s clearly not mentally stable and needs to find a new job as he’s just not fit for the role. Of course being a receptionist can be stressful but there is no need to ever bring sensitive or ethical issues into such situations hopefully you’ll fix up Sammy because your costumer service sucks. Anyways, the bathroom was very dirty spoon arrival it was not very cleanly, the sink in the bathroom, kitchen and the shower have definitely not been cleaned for MONTHS and the bowls and pans have not been cleaned properly and you are not provided with a sponge or even washing up liquid to help out the cleaners a little. Not all of the plug sockets work, if you lose your key you have to pay 50€ as Rio gardens do not have spare keys.

We got to property that we booked 6 months earlier to find oug it has been double booked and were sent to a less than average motel.. we stayed at the motel for an hour and canceller the whole booking

Terrible

Reception staff ok, other services very poor i.e. Tv, air con, faulty plugs no t towels, wet bed with air con leaking on it had to sleep on couch. Left 2 days early the manager promised to refund money. However still waiting for this to be refunded into my Cyprus account with the Hellenic Bank.

Nice as always! I was in Rio Gardens last year, I repeat this year and I will go for sure next year. I think I said everything.
