The Staff were polite and very helpful , the Hotel was nice and clean but the rooms were very small and lacked some items such as a bedside table and a full length mirror also the toilet was to near the towel rail .

Basic but ok.
Shower pressure needs looking at and there was very little water coming out of the sink hot tap. Had to wash hands in the bath. Room basic, but ok for what was paid. Rm 216. Overall fine, very friendly and accommodating staff, except lady cleaning the male toilets, impression she had somewhere better to be,,,,
From checking in to departing, couldn’t fault, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was fantastic and food was excellent.
The staff couldn’t do enough to ensure my 5 star stay.
Highly recommended.

Down hill from there.i had a really important business meeting on the following day
The fun started late evening when I was awoken by the fire alarm, stood in the freezing car park for 15 minutes this was followed by at least 4 other false alarms ( supposedly caused by someone smoking in their room.I understand from another guest this happened the previous .
The most important thing when staying at a hotel is a good night’s sleep, unfortunately this was not delivered.
We have stayed there a few times over the last 12 months and really enjoy our stay at the hotel. Lovely room with open fire to sit and enjoy your drinks and the breakfast and food always really good. Booked again in December to stay sat and Sunday.

Nice and cheap room was ok clean and tidy but could do with updating
Bed was to soft could do with replacing the mattress
My husband and I stayed overnight for a party and the entire staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a really good spread of high standard and the room was comfortable - really impressed
