Beautiful hotel, lovely, renovated and clean rooms.Excellent breakfast. We had rooms on the third floor with small cute balconies and sea views. Charming outdoor and gardens. Ali bey was extremely nice and so very kind and helpful in planning our trip. He went above and beyond for me when I was planning a surprise birthday for my sister. I am so grateful for all his help.
Everyone is super nice. Cunda and Ayvalik are beautiful towns and so full of charm. Truly a gem in Turkey and staying in Cunda Esen hotel sure made our trip even better. After a long day of walking around, we would come back to our comfortable rooms to rest and get fully recharged for the next day’s explorations. Loved waking up and starting our days with their delicious Turkish home made breakfast spread. Overall, loved everything about our stay in this lovely hotel. Will definitely come back over and over again.

Maybe the best hotel on Cunda island
Posted Sep. 5, 2021 on HotelsAmazing hotel with nice decoration. Got a room with 4 windows, 2 of them overlooking the seaside and a balcony to watch the stars at night. Very good breakfast in the backyard, close to the center of town, easy parking .

Loads of Character in Cunda
Posted Feb. 6, 2021 on HotelsVery pretty hotel on the edge of Cunda, a town on Alibey Island in the district of Ayvalik. Free parking is on the street outside the hotel, we visited during the off season so parking not an issue. Esen Hotel is two buildings - one is the reception, a large wrap around dining area, and kitchen. The second building has all the guest rooms over two floors. Ali, the owner, showed us two different rooms, our choice. Rooms are pleasantly decorated in French Provincial style -we had a cute 4 poster canopy bed. Bathroom is small but efficient. We had a small balcony with a nice view out over fields and the sea beyond. We ordered take away from the village and Ali set up a table for us in the dining room, right in front of the cozy wood stove. Breakfast was included and was excellent Turkish breakfast. There is a nice garden area and in the summer it is probably nice to sit outside to have your meals. We had some trouble connecting to free wifi, but Ali made some calls and soon resolved the issue for us. Esen Hotel is a peaceful place to stay in the town of Cunda, away from hustle of the city of Ayvalik.

Fabulous Choice for Ayvalik
Posted Sep. 21, 2019 on HotelsA wonderful choice for Ayvalik for accommodation. A very well maintained and extremely clean hotel. Our room was nicely furnished and everything was immaculate. The garden furniture is clean! Breakfast is a feast of Turkish delights and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We were pleased we chose Cunda Esen Otel for our 2 night visit.
