Rude RUDE RUDE!!!
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsService was horrible, the check in felt like an interrogation. They must have a problem with locals using and abusing the hotel. The very rude manager seemed concerned that we might sneak someone into the room. The pool was locked up on an August summer hot day when I inquired about it he got mad and threatened to cancel our reservation. If you look at other reviews it looks like they close the pool often, I think just to save money.

this guest was given an option b4 even he checked in .our hotel alerts clearly statesHotel AlertsWe will close the pool due the following circumstances without any notice 1. Windy weather 2. Rain 3. Lightning 4. Bad, rough weatherA minimum of 21 years old to reserve a room. all guest with pets need to call the hotel and make arraignment for pets. We have limited rooms for pets. This hotel do not rent to anyone residing within 33 miles to the hotel, also do not accept any unregistered guest at the property.Pets are allowed. 45.00 USD per night, per pet. 100.00 USD refundable deposit required. A maximum of 60 pounds. A maximum of 2 pets per room.

Everything was great...very clean...comfortable rooms ..we went to Navajo lake and Durango..perfect location..very friendly staff.had a awesome stay!!

great stay everything i was looking forward for on my trip.great breakfast clean room front desk was great very helpful.well maintained and well controlled pool , i didn't mind they locked the pool if it was not used.had a great stay .

Very unwelcoming. Will not stay there again.
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was nice. However, we already paid a high price for said room and then were charged a $100.00 deposit upon arrival. This was not listed or disclosed when making the reservation. I still have not gotten this deposit money back. Person who checked us in was rather rude. Explaining new rules about no guests whatsoever at the hotel. We were just passing through; we didn’t even know anyone in town. That was very odd. We won’t stay there again.
