Very Rude serive

The Dongho restaurant here is completely unfriendly. I went to dinner, but the order came out wrong and the staff showed an attitude of ignorance as if it was all my fault. Also, the dessert I ordered didn't come out even after an hour, so I told about desset while paying, and then the staff member told me to take it away. When I told him I didn't want to eat anymore, she said she couldn't cancel it because she had already charged on the bill. It's ridiculous and absurd... I didn't want to be stressed out about dessert 35k VND any more, so I just paid and left the dessert. The staff service at 4-star hotels is worse than that of street vendors. I spent a total of 2 weeks here while on a business trip to Vietnam, but I will never came back. Service is better at Indochina Hotel or Phoenix Hotel or Senna Hotel. The staffs here muong thanh are very RUDE.
