Points faibles : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement
We have no idea what this was like since we never got to stay there. The host contact number was not in service. We never received any check in instructions and we went to the property and no one was there. We paid and reserved this weeks before. We were in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country in a taxi with a 4 month old baby in the heat without being able to get into the place we paid for. To make it even worse when we called customer service for both VRBO and Expedia, I was on hold for over an hour and they acted like it was not a big deal and said they would need to investigate and we would have to wait to hear back next week but could not give us an actual date of when we would hear back. They didn't offer any new place to put us in or anything. We were left on our own to figure it out and pay for a new place somewhere else with no guarantee we would even receive a refund. Unbelievable and disgusting service.
