Surely the best stay in New Manila
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HotelsNice large rooms, super clean (even the toilet paper roll was replaced daily), nicely furnished and equiped.. (free Netflix when being there)
WiFi available all over the place (inside and outside of the room),
Great location (New Manila),
A couple of restaurants available within 2 mns walk (Jolibee and Shakey’s pizza),
Spot for the grab cars to stop and wait,
Service was more than good and accommodating,
Really calm and the garden makes you forget about being in Manila,

I like its location but they need to improve their cleanliness. The pool is dirty too.

Took sometime for my order of coffee and cake to be delivered to the pool area when the cafe is just a few steps away. Had to walk and follow up my order.

It was just ok in cleanliness. Great when we arrived but housekeeping during the stay could have been better. They didn’t wipe down the bathroom or clean the cups. No refills on coffee. Just made the bed and put new towels on the bed. Not even a clean bath mat
