Housekeeping didn’t put coffee, shampoo/conditioner in the room most days we were staying there. The room supplies were much less sufficient than they should have been.

Thank you for the information, Mr. Risner. For our guests convenience, our shampoo/conditioner dispenser is placed next to shower knob. Replenishing amenities which includes sachet of coffee and tea are also part of daily housekeeping. We always make sure supply is enough for the occupant/s and are not missed.

Clean and Fairly Decent

This place is located near the outskirts of Bacolod city proper. It's very clean and the place seems to be well-maintained although one can see that the decor needs some updating. My only source of discomfort during my stay here is that somebody keeps running up and down the staircase in the early hours of the morning. Whether this is a staff member or not, is it possible to remind people to use the lift instead so as to minimize disturbing other guests, please?

Thank you for the positive feedback. We are sorry for the discomfort you experienced during your stay because of the noise from the staircase. We have a group with children billeted, although they were informed that running along the hallway (or staircase) is discouraged, some still did it anyway. We assure you that we shall take measures to ensure that it does not happen again. We hope you would consider staying with us again in your future visits to Bacolod City.

No surprises

Perfect from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The staff was very accommodating and all the particulars of our stay went very smoothly. Congrats to the staff for making our stay memorible.

Nice hotel pretty close to the heart of Bacolod.
