They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. But because of my business I can't really take off for a vacation if I can't connect via Wi-Fi.

Rooms disappointing and over priced
Publié le 14 févr. 2021 sur HotelsThey couldn’t find our booking, had to change the air conditioning as not working. Shower not working at all. All the bedding was clean but very musty. No free breakfast which was included in the price. Their kitchen was closed. Very disappointed in our room. Apart from that the place was lovely and clean great location. 3 swimming pools each with a lifeguard and the staff very friendly. Just need to do maintenance on their rooms and cleaning. No offer of discount either. We over paid as the costs were a lot cheaper at site.

Not an attractive property
Publié le 8 févr. 2020 sur HotelsThe room had a four panel folding door for the washroom. This door was broken and could not be closed or opened.
Maintenance could not fix it. In addition to the door issue, the room was not properly prepared - no toilet paper etc. Eventually we were moved to a better room. However, based on the condition of the overall property we did not stay, even though we could not recover our money.
