We booked a zen room but we were told that they did not know it was available online. We were asked to come back after two hours (check in time was supposed to be 2pm). We were given a different room and it was filthy - far from the zen room we booked.

Budget friendly and room is clean and spacious

The place was very dirty and in poor condition would never stay there again we use same name hotel in Dumaguete and it is very clean and nice. looks like the idea of using the same name hotel does not always work

A horror of a stay

Roaches, stained walls (spaghetti sauce? And coffee?) Hairballs on the floor from previous guests, rooms that were just out there by an open hall with no sound proofing. I checked out at 3am, just to avoid sleeping there again.
