The staff is so professional and very nice. Dinner in the restaurant was very delicious. We were pleasantly surprised upon check-in that the breakfast buffet was included in the overnight price. Nice breakfast too. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has been around for the last 50 years and we appreciate your comments on our staff service and their professionalism. Food buffet is not good the staff is hard to deal not friendly the lady in the front is not good to deal and arrogant not accommodating. The room is okay but air conditioning is not cold as I needed. The parking is Kay the guard on duty is very nice and friendly.good job guard!

The towels have seen better days. There are no dental kits, facial tissues, slippers, or extra toilet rolls. You'll need to request these from HouseKeeping.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sugarland Hotel the staff were always very helpful and friendly and the property is maintained to a very high standard. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay there
