It started off great as they upgraded us to a bigger room. We paid through Expedia and we’re only supposed to pay a minimal amount at the property. The site also says breakfast included. At checkout, they wanted paid for two days of breakfast although we only ate once and they wanted full amount of stay even though we paid via Expedia. Language barrier we paid but am now disputing through credit card. Wouldn’t stay there again. The host (male) was super nice. The lady (host) was angry and confrontational. I can’t believe they wanted us to pay for breakfast we didn’t have and to double pay for lodging. Be weary

Hello Charles,we are sorry, that you didn t enjoy your stay. But it is not true that you paid with expedia. You did a so called "hotel collect" reservation. This means you need to pay at the hotel.I explained this to your wife at check out. Maybe this is why you are so angry. Because other than that I had no contact to you. I am sure that you didnt paid twice. If expedia really charged you a second time, please let us know. We will find a solution.About the breakfast I can just say that we provided it for you and we were waiting for you. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. Obviously you couldnmanage to come at this time the second day. Therefore we need to charge you. If a guest tells us a day before that he will not come, we wouldt charge him.I hope I could explain the situation a bit from our point of view.Kind regardsSylvia

Eine ganz der Region entsprechende Unterkunft mit allen Vorzügen. Super Frühstück nettes Personal und eine Lage die Entspannung bringt. Wir kommen wieder

Morgens aufzuwachen und direkt die Berge und den See zu sehen, war einfach traumhaft. Auch die Besitzer der Pension sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Leider mussten wir nach 2 Tagen (Corona-Lockdown) wieder abreisen... Kommen aber auf alle Fälle wieder!
