Nuit très chaude pendant la cannicule

Il est bâti selon le style rétro des villes d'eau du siècle dernier ne manquerait pas de charme si il était un peu mieux entretenu et modernisé: pas de climatisation en pleine période de canicule, ascenseurs défaillants, système d’accès internet désuet. Manifestement les propriétaires n'ont pas les moyens d'investir en rénovation. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très correct

Très bon hôtel, ancien palace, propre, service de qualité, grandes chambres, mais d'avantage fréquenté par une clientèle âgée que par des familles.

Hôtel **** en plein centre-ville avec piscine
Publié le 8 juin 2012 sur HotelsLe séjour à l'hôtel Axelmannstein a été très agréable grace au service de l'hôtel, l'emplacement en plein centre-ville de Bad Reichenhall et le personnel attentionné. A recommander! Hôtel très calme. Clientèle plutôt agée.

Als wir angekommen sind , standen wir erst auf einen anderen Parkplatz und mussten erst einmal laufen , die Umgebung ist hervorragend und außerordentlich schön . Im Hotel angekommen sind wir sehr freundlich begrüßt worden , dort teilte Mann uns auch auf Anfrage mit das es ein Parkplatz am Hotel gibt ( dies sollte vielleicht besser beschrieben werden in den Buchungen ) auf Zimmer angekommen , war es jetzt nicht das Zimmer das ich bezogen auf den Bildern gebucht habe , es sah anders aus ( auch hier würde ich mir wünschen die Gäste mit Bildern nicht irre zu führen ) aber das Zimmer war auch okay und sehr sauber . Es fehlten jedoch Mappen oder Info Broschüren in dem hervor geht wie oder zu welchen Preise bezüglich des Wellness wann und wo statt findet , das mussten wir an der Rezeption erfragen , auch Infos über den Zimmer Service oder anderes gab es nicht . Vom Zimmer aus die Rezeption anzurufen ging nicht , sie sagten zwar dann sei besetzt aber übers Handy hat es funktioniert , daher gehen wir davon aus das mit dem Telefon was nicht gestimmt hat . Wir mussten dann immer zur Rezeption laufen und das Hotel ist nicht klein . Leider gab es auch keinen gefüllten Kühlschrank was sehr schade war aber immer wieder zu Rezeption zu laufen war uns dann doch für Getränke etwas zu umständlich , Kaffeemaschine fehlte .jedoch haben wir auf Anfrage sogar ein Bügeleisen zu Verfügung bekommen was ich sehr nett fand .
Auf Anfrage teilte Mann ins mit das sie sich in der Umbauphase befinden .

Great Hotel

Fantastic location and everything is accessible by foot. 15 minutes to the Bahnhof. Breakfast is one of the best I have had. I will always stay here when I visit Bad Reichenhall. The staff is courteous and friendly.
