Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HotelsHotellet kan bestemt anbefales. Sengen var meget komfortable og bruseren mega god. Et plus at der var køleskab på værelset, så man kunne have kolde flasker med på vandreturen.
Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme, og der er rigtig lækker morgenmad, hvor du kan vælge mellem mange ting.

Man kunne desværre ikke spise aftensmad på hotellet, og det var ikke så nemt at finde en restaurant i nærheden, så vi valgte at købe brød o.s.v. i en lokal Lidel.

What about shower gel / shampoo amenities ?
Publié le 16 avr. 2023 sur HotelsI had a good sleep in room 102. Rooms around mine was not occupied. No shower gel and shampoo. I don't see anything about in the hotels.com amenities description. Why did you lie? It never happened so far. You think you paid online but you have to pay again to check out. Parking and breakfast are included. Unfortunately, I didn't try sauna. It was off.

Dear Matthieu, thank you for staying with us and taking the time to write about your stay.We are very happy, you enjoyed the peace and quiet at the Hotel Grundmühle that is very appreciated by our many guests, who come back every year. Our hotel decided to go green as much as possible, so we try to eliminate all small wrappings, offer food from the region and work with small companies from the Saxon Switzerland – to name some of our points to sustainability. Due to this, we decided years ago not to put all the small amenities into the room, but to have only one soap disposal there. Obviously, we do have some shampoo and shower gel available for the guests at the reception desk – free of charge – should you need anything. Both about the sustainability policy, the amenities and sauna you can read in the Guest information booklet in the room. All guests, to whom we do have contact, receive a pre-stay letter 3 days prior their stay - here you can click through the Information-booklet also digital.Generally, we do all payment-transactions directly in the hotel – no pre-payment is needed, nor will be charged. We are very sorry this information was not clearly communicated to you before you’re your stay. We are happy to receive any feedback to improve our services constantly. Ein tolles Hotel
Publié le 26 juin 2022 sur HotelsWir haben selten so ein tolles Hotel in der Garni-Klasse besucht. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Service, Sauberkeit und Frühstück hervorragend. Die Zimmer liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Man fühlte sich sofort zu Hause und willkommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Zimmer etwas klein aber vollständig ausgestattet und modern gestaltet. Angenehm: Kleine Saunalandschaft. Frühstück abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig - wurde auch stetig nachgefüllt.
