Hotel confortevole in Alta Val Badia

Pour : Pulizia, comfort della camera (che presentava anche un terrazzino) e possibilità dell'uso della piscina.
Contre : Potrebbe essere migliorata l'offerta della colazione, magari rendendola meno ricca di prodotti, ma di qualità superiore rispetto al già buon standard.
Emplacement : Nel centro dell'abitato di La Villa. Presenti nelle vicinanze diversi servizi, come supermercati, negozi o benzinai. Ottima base di partenza per gite.
Hotel confortevole in Alta Val Badia. Propone un parcheggio interno, dove è possibile trovare posto anche quando l'albergo è al completo grazie alla perfetta coordinazione del personale. Struttura con camere molto comode e pulite, bagni moderni e funzionali. Possibilità di utilizzare un'area wellness e una bella piscina. Ideale per le famiglie, ma anche per chi è solo di passaggio. Proprietari sempre disponibili e cortesi.

Nice hotel great view mountains

We were welcomed well by a well trained young receptionist but we can't recommend it based on our experience of the senior staff bar restaurant and breakfast room who were at best unwelcoming and unhelpful. We stayed 2 nights and are regular travellers having enjoyed Italy's great hospitality in other hotels so we were surprised then disappointed with this hotel
The swimming pool complex is lovely when working- the spa jets in the pool were not working on the second days stay , we were unpleasantly challenged as to whether we were entitled to breakfast , and after one evening meal opted to find a local restaurant in town the following night. There are many hotels in this lovely area. We thought the older staff didn't really understand tourism and the importance of hospitality

Thank you very much or your review, which will help us to improve our Hotel.
We are very sorry to hear that you didn't like your staying.
In our Hotel, as in all the others in our beautiful South Tyrol, usually there is a fix table for each guest, if they have a half board treatment as well as if they have bed & breakfst treatment. This because it makes everything less complicated for everyone.
As regarding our "older" staff, after talking with them we suppose that the misunderstanding took place just because of the language barrier.
To explain why the spa jets in the swimming pool were not working we want to tell that they work on a time schedule, which turns off automatically for self cleaning. We are sorry that you probably just entred the swimming pool durnig the self cleaning time.
We really hope that our explanation were helpfull and hope that you would consider coming back in our Hotel.
