Convenience and Kindness

The owner was very receptive to messages and phone calls with the reservation and helped us into this beautiful home and allowed our stay to be flexible with arrival day and time. We are very grateful and blessed for the hospitality and really enjoyed the beautiful home in such a beautiful area. We would love to come back to this house with the rest of our family in the future

My 13-year old daughter who never sleeps alone, surprisingly slept in the other room all by herself in the 2 nights we stayed here! 😍 Tita Gloria is very welcoming. We will definitely consider coming back.

Owner is very nice and very accommodating. Lovely apartment and we have everything we needed. There’s a convenient store outside which has everything you need: rice cold cuts condiments soda water shampoo etc, thank you so much

Publié le 4 janv. 2020 sur HomeAwayNIce property but it was not easy to find it. Generally speaking, Baguio does not have easily visible road signs/address markings if there is any at all.
Percy, take note that when the gate is open, the address written on it is not visible nor easy to read especially with the kind of traffic that goes on in front of the house. The best landmark you can give future customers is the BAKISAN STORE - even when it is not easy to find your property, they know they are in the vicinity.
The address you have in the VRBO website has extra 2 numbers that makes it unrecognizable by any google maps.
It would be great if there was a WI-FI service.
Inspite of the ordeal finding the property, we enjoyed our stay and we loved Manang Gloria..

I will work with VRBO to make the google map and our home address work together better.
As for the WiFi, it is really outside our control, the service provider is currently installing fiber optics in our area and until that is finished, we purchase data and offer it for free to our guests. We were promised the installation in our area will be finished soon.

Comfortable and safe
Publié le 22 févr. 2019 sur HomeAwayWe had a very pleasant experience at the property. When we arrived, the property was ready for us and it was clean and tidy. With the property being situated within a secure compound and security lighting and cameras present, we never felt unsafe at the property and we also felt comfortable in leaving our car at the property. Being a English speaker only, I would like to have seen a cable TV system with foreign channels, but I understand the costs involved in this and it may be asking a bit much given the very good and cheap rental rates we paid for the property. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Percy, but Gloria the property manager was charming and was available to attend to us if and as required. If you are a westerner considering staying at this property, do not expect western standards, but given it is in the Philippines, it is more that adequate and you will not feel uneasy in the property. I definitely recommend this property to others and will stay here again next time we visit Baguio. Richard and Joan.

Thank you for your warm and nice words and for taking the time to give us a Feedback. We looked into having more foreign channels for our TV but we are not a hotel and our occupancy rate is less than 20% a year which we like to keep that way. And to be honest you were the first one to point that out the need for foreign channels to us. We invested instead on a fast Wi-Fi service so our guests can use their mobile electronic equipments to access the entertainment choices they prefer. Maybe one day we can consider upgrading the cable TV channel to include foreign channels.
I am sorry I missed you as I was out of town when you stayed with us but I hear from Miss Gloria that you are wonderful people and we would welcome you anytime should you visit Baguio again.
