Dirty and neglected

Pour : The manager was polite and tried to please. I got the impression that he had very few resources to work with.
Contre : Cleaning.
Emplacement : The location is central and near the beach and restaurants.
The dorm room was filthy with mold in the bathrooms and dust bunnies under the beds. Garbage was overflowing. I carried it out myself. On the positive side, there were mosquito nets and the mattresses were good.

Hi Erika I'm sorry you didn't like something in your stay and we apologize for that. Unfortunatly with the raining season is hard to keep everything 100% clean 24/24. We're sorry about that. Hope you have a nice trip!
