Bon hôtel près des embarcadères pour le lac Tana et du marché aux vêtements. Wifi pas terrible mais… existant . Le personnel est très efficace et disponible . La navette gratuite pour l’aéroport est un vrai plus . Le restaurant est de bonne facture. En résumé, très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour quelques jours à Baher dar

Publié le 3 févr. 2023 sur HotelsThe best thing about this hotel is the people that work there. I found most people to be friendly and service minded. Particularly the cleaning staff and the waiters. Since I only speak English I found the language to be a barrier, but most times we managed to figure it out.
The food in the restaurant was excellent. As I was staying there for 2 weeks for work I ate there several times a day.
There are many positives about this hotel, however, the biggest negative was my lack of sleep due to noise from the nightclubs and bar on the ground floor. I slept with both earplugs and a headset and I could still hear it very well. I tried to call reception several times and they did not seem to understand my issue and hung up on me. I swapped rooms twice, but unfortunately, it did not get much better. If I was here on holiday it might not have been such an issue but I was there for work and had to get up early. If you are a light sleeper, like myself, I recommend finding another hotel.
The hotel also has an okay gym that I used regularly. However it was not clean even though they closed it for two hours in the middle of the day to clean it. The guy working in the gym was also not very friendly. I used the spa several times and highly recommend their massage. I would say that the only con is that you can hear the music from the gym and the tv in the reception area so it's not very relaxing in that sense. But the quality of the massage makes up for it.

- the other part of the hotel environment, which is closed to the other building and outside bar, is noisy even in the midnight

One of the best hotels, all the staff are friendly, and the room is so clean and the bed is so comfy. I asked the front desk agent about the area and what is the trust attraction area. She gave me detailed information and assigned someone. This would be my next home from now on.
There was confusion during checking, but the supervisor handled the situation quickly.

Location is convinient next to Lake Tana and park.
There seem to be limited variety of restaurants that severe Western menu but this is a minor issue.

The Worst hotel I ever seen in my life. The staff they don’t treat you right, breakfast was horrible. I booked this hotel for 7 days but i checked out from the hotel after my 3 day and moved to another hotel. The way the staff talk to you and treat you is disappointing, they don’t have any respect.

Of course we realize as you checked out after three days of stay because of some emergency problems from your family. also you requested us to refund the payment and we were not able to do so sunce the payment has done throgh expedia and it might be one of your inconvinience.
