Wonderful Mountain Scenic Views with Freestanding Arcade

Views, Views, Views! If you are looking for a special retreat, this is your vacation home! When you step into this home will you be welcomed by a view that will take your breath away. This beautifully appointed mountain home sits on 1.9 acres which gives you the best of both worlds: Feels rural and private, but you're only 12 minutes to the local store called Rosalie's Market. Top of the line finishes throughout with a lovely flow and things for the whole group to enjoy. Enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the patio or right from the living room couch as well as the second level deck overlooking scenic views. There are so many fun things to do at this house! Game room in walk out basement with Foosball table, freestanding Arcade game with 15,000 preloaded games! Walk-out basement has a TV with a spacious couch to watch movies, bunk room for the kids to play with lots of toys, and there is an electric fireplace. Need to work from home? No problem there is an office space in the primary bedroom closet! The primary bedroom features a soaking tub with an oversized glass enclosed shower and double sinks. This home also features a 2 car garage for you to park if you would like. All linens and cookware are provided. Along with a highchair and pack n play.

Main level: Primary bedroom features a king bed and spa bathroom with heated floors (freestanding tub and shower with double sinks).
Main level: Half bath near kitchen.
Lower level: Bedroom has a queen bed.
Lower level: Pull out couch.
Lower level: Bunk room with a twin-over queen bunk bed.
Lower level: Shared full bathroom with tub shower combination.
This home sleeps 6, but please make sure the bed configuration works for your guests.

Cleaning Fee: $250 (Non-negotiable N/N) The cleaning fee for this property is not reflected in any emails generated by VRBO. Cleaning fee must be left in the home upon departure. For cleaning fee information, please refer to the actual rental agreement that you will be signing.

Safety Features: Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors, Baby Gate, Pack N Play, Hair Chair, Deadbolts, Electronic Front door lock, Exterior Security Cameras, Secure Back deck (does not have stairs to ground. You can only enter and exit from back door).

Transportation: The gravel road and the driveway to the house are plowed when it snows 6 inches or more. However, a 4 wheel drive car is required for winter rental guests. Snow plowing times are not guaranteed.

Events: NO Events are allowed at this home due to the HOA rules.

Booking (Rental Agreement and Driver's License): A rental agreement will be sent to you after your booking has been reviewed. Your booking can be cancelled at anytime due to none payment, dates overlapping with another guest that were not listed on VRBO's calendar or if the Rental Agreement, Broker Disclosure, and copy of your Driver's License has been received or singed. Signed agreements must be completed and a copy of your Driver's License must be received before access will be granted. *Please note- Signing a Rental Agreement and providing a copy of your Driver's License is our office policy and it must be completed in order to receive access to the home. If Agreement is not signed, or a copy of your Driver's license has not been received access WILL NOT be granted, a refund will not be given. *

A Relaxing Mountain Spot
I stayed with my husband and 3 kids (11, 10, 1) for a week while we were in town for a wedding. The pictures accurately reflected the space. The check-in process and communication with management was easy and friendly. They included a lot of kid friendly amenities which were appreciated, even ones I didn't know I'd use. Deer like to hide under the deck for shade. The location is a bit remote, which was perfect for us but something to keep in mind. The place was generally clean but a few soda bottles and stuff were missed under beds and couches, despite that all normal spaces like the beds and bathrooms were all really clean. If we come back to Bailey we'd definitely stay here again.

A Very Enjoyable Stay!
Hello, we enjoyed our stay and the house was clean overall. It was very modern, smelled really nice, there was plenty of space and the view was amazing especially with the snowfall! The heated commodes were a cool bonus. Be sure to rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle in the winter. We did have a few issues...dishes were noticeably dirty, 2nd bath tub wasn't clean, crumbs on sofa, trash bins were full, dishwasher didn't work, a couple faucets & water pressure issues. We were a couple and didn't make a mess, having to leave $250 cash for cleaning was a lot, considering everything.

For starters, this house was SO beautiful. A very modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable rental with the most beautiful views. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows and 2 large outdoor decks to take in all the scenery. Ashley was a great host and thought of everything for us, she was easy to reach and everything went super smoothly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience when traveling out of state. 10/10, would recommend and stay here again!!

Incredible views and space
We were in Colorado for a Red Rocks concert and this location was an easy drive to Morrison. Location was easy enough to access though we were glad we had rented a Jeep for the last little jaunt up the unpaved road which was steep and rocky. Unit was well appointed with comfortable beds. We did not cook so cannot speak to kitchen amenities outside of coffee maker…sunrise coffee from the multilevel patio was great. We were there during the very warm month of August and unit does not have A/C. Lower level was definitely cooler at night but master is on the main floor, box fan was available. There is a cleaning fee that is paid separately. It was addressed in the description but definitely worth mentioning to be aware of when comparing to other options as it’s not in the cost quoted by VRBO. Would stay here again just for the views from the patio!!

Convenient location, well outfitted, and awesome views!
We stayed here to attend a wedding in the Conifer area and the location was super convenient to many scenic areas and not far from Lodo, Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks, whitewater rafting, and less than an hour from DIA. The view from this property is outstanding and perfect for lazy mornings. You can lounge on the sofa and look out over the hills or enjoy morning coffee and sunsets from the rooftop patio. The lower level is a nice getaway too, with a big comfy sofa, fooseball table, and video game system that has every arcade game you can imagine! Garage parking was a bonus too. Check in and check out were a breeze and communication with the property manager was quick whenever needed. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in or near the Bailey and it will definitely be our first choice next time we come to the Denver area.

Peaceful and inspiring
The interior of this home was welcoming, clean, and very functional. We never thought, “Oh man we wish we had (insert appliance)”. The kitchen was very well appointed and the house had many daily items that other homes I’ve rented did not, such as laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. The beds were comfortable and our girls loved the foosball table and new arcade machine. Honestly though, the amazing interior paled in comparison to the outdoor space. We were in and out of the house doing activities frequently and each time we looked at the surrounding mountains, they changed color or shading. It was beautiful! We were up early each morning to see the beautiful sunrises and grilling late dinners to be able to witness the equally lovely sunsets. The road was quiet enough to have frequent deer and chipmunk visitors, but we were close enough to others not to feel too cut off. This was the perfect hub for us to either relax and enjoy the views and wildlife, or to return to after hike to nearby Maxwell Falls or white water rafting in Buena Vista. We also enjoyed hikes at Red Rocks Park, a Jeep tour of RMNP, the Cog Railway on Pikes Peak, and a visit to Garden of the Gods. We were even able to squeeze in some time in Denver at the Denver Art Museum, the Colorado History Center, the Denver Aquarium, and a Yankees/Rockies game. Over all, BEST TRIP EVER! Thank you for sharing this incredible home with us!

AMAZING!
This home was as advertised and more!! From the minute you walk in the door, this house is amazing! The views, amazing, the furnishings, amazing, the home is stocked with all the basics you need to have an amazing stay! The communication with Ashley is top notch too! We are already planning to make this home our annual stay, on our annual trip from Texas, New York, and Maryland!
