Not overly impressive. Charged an early arrival fee even though room was ready. Surprised. They did allow a courtesy extension of check out.

Good hotel. Nothing special.
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was fine. It is about a 1 mile walk to the center of town. Most of the staff were very friendly. The room was basic and clean. I liked that they have cold drinks and snacks in the lobby available. I did not like the fact that they charge you a $25 early check in especially when the room was ready.

The room stank of dog and the couch had these weird/stained after-market cushion cover things on the cushions. It felt dirty and gross. Not impressed at all.

We apologize that your stay was not to your liking. After taking a closer look at your reservation, you were placed on the second floor which is the floor that accommodates guests with pets. Our couches have a protective covering for ease of cleaning. We look forward to making the appropriate changes and accommodations for you during your next stay.

This is a neat, clean, reasonably priced and satisfactory place to stay in Bainbridge. The staff is friendly and helpful, convenient parking in the garage and easy access to the rest of the island.
