The room is prepaid. The front desk service is good, but the lobby manager is not friendly when I applied to pay deposit after I get room card first due to local cash conversion, I will pay deposit in 1 hr after I visited local bank. but the manager denied. So I have to borrow money to pay deposit, but most of hotels does not force u to pay deposit if u could expect there is no spend in hotel(or u can pay onsite if u need buy something). Generally, I feel the service is not great. The front desk tried to helped me, but the lobby manager did not. I do not recommend to stay.
